| Corporate History |
J&E Legal Workshop, the predecessor of JEX Limited, was established in April of 1995. This workshop offered high quality Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese translation services specialized in the legal realm. The service further extended to contract drafting and legal consultation services.

| In 1998, JEX Limited was officially incorporated. Although our focus is always on the legal arena, we expanded our services to broader perspective. Today, the company provides all types of translation from an ancient Japanese poem to today's high-tech computer manuals. |
| JEX's English Contract Laboratory was founded in May of 1998 in order to
maintain quality of our highly reputable legal translation services. In
May of 1999, we have launched our education program to train professional
translators to meet our standards. We have been also offering onsite classes
for corporate legal department personnel and correspondence courses for
those who live in remote locations since 2002. |
